Varför hanterar vi dina personuppgifter?
Personuppgifter används i första hand för att hantera ditt köp i webbshopen och beställningar genom e-post eller i meddelandefunktion på Facebook eller Instagram. Vi använder dina uppgifter för att hantera dina betalningar.
Vilken typ av personuppgifter hanteras?
Följande kategorier av personuppgifter hanteras:
- Kontaktuppgifter, exempelvis namn, adress, e-post, telefonnummer, person/momsnummer
- Betalningshistorik
- Orderinformation eller orderhistorik
Vem har tillgång till dina personuppgifter?
Anställda på Pysselnabon AB samt företagets styrelse har tillgång till de personuppgifter som samlas in.
Vi säljer aldrig dina data till tredje part för marknadsföringsändamål.
Uppgifter som vidarebefordras till tredje part används för att vi ska kunna tillhandahålla våra tjänster till dig. Exempelvis hanteras din adress, e-post och mobilnummer i fraktbokningssystem hos våra logistiksamarbetspartners för att möjliggöra leverans av varor, webbshopsplattformen hanterar dina uppgifter för att kunna skicka dig en orderbekräftelse och leveransavisering. Dina uppgifter hanteras också av betalningsleverantörer för hantering av din betalning.
Observera att i de fall misstanke om brott mot upphovsrätten uppstår (gäller samtliga Babblarnatyger) förbehåller vi oss rätten att vidarebefordra personuppgifter till Hattens Förlags ombud för uppföljning.
Lagring av personuppgifter
De uppgifter vi samlar in lagras inom det europeiska ekonomiska samarbetsområdet (EEA) men kan även överföras och bearbetas i ett land utanför EEA. Exempel på lagring utanför EEA är när du skickar dina uppgifter över Facebook, Instagram, e-post eller lägger en beställning via Etsy. Om du gör ett inlägg på FB-sidan, i FB-gruppen, på Instagram eller skickar meddelande till FB-sidan, över Instagram eller till Anna Markay samt om du lägger en beställning genom Etsy samtycker du till att dina uppgifter överförs till tredje land.
Rättslig grund
När du gör en beställning från Pysselnabon AB ingås ett avtal kring behandling av dina personuppgifter, hantering av personuppgifter är nödvändigt för att vi ska kunna tillhandahålla tjänster och leverera din beställning till dig.
När du skickar dina personuppgifter för hantering eller anmäler dig till nyhetsbrevet samtycker du till att vi behandlar dina personuppgifter.
Hantering av personuppgifter sker också av rättslig förpliktelse vid exempelvis bokföring.
Dina rättigheter
Du har rätt att när som helst begära information om de personuppgifter vi har lagrade om dig. Du kan kontakta Pysselnabon AB (info@pysselnabon.se) som skickar dig dina personuppgifter via e-post.
Du har rätt att begära rättelse av dina personuppgifter om de är felaktiga, du har också rätt att komplettera dina uppgifter om de är ofullständiga. Du har rätt att när som helst begära att dina personuppgifter raderas med undantag för följande situationer:
- Du har en pågående order där en eller flera varor som inte skickats
- Om du har gjort inköp sparar vi dina personuppgifter i anslutning till transaktionen i bokföringssyfte.
Du har rätt att återkalla ditt samtycke till direktmarknadsföring, för att avregistrera dig från nyhetsbrev följer du instruktionerna i nyhetsbrevsutskicken.
Du har möjlighet att lämna klagomål till Dataskyddsinspektionen om du anser att dina personuppgifter hanteras felaktigt.
Hur länge sparar vi dina uppgifter?
Dina uppgifter sparas enligt våra lagringsrutiner eller till dess du själv begär att de raderas och vi inte har något legalt krav att uppgifterna måste finnas kvar.

Vår dataskyddspolicy hålls uppdaterad och den senaste versionen finns alltid tillgänglig på vår webbplats.
Kakor (cookies)
Om du använder dig av våra tjänster godkänner du användandet av kakor.
Vi använder kakor både från första och tredje part för att samla in statistik. Kakor används för att optimera webbplatsen och visa relevant marknadsföringsmaterial. Vi använder tredjepartskakor för spårning över flera domäner för att kunna tillhandahålla marknadsföring genom andra kanaler än nyhetsbrev till dig. Exempelvis Facebook och Instagram.
Du kan enkelt radera kakor från din mobila enhet och dator via webbläsaren.
Comments

Media

How long we retain your data
